There appears to be a partial Zoom outage. The following steps are being shared by ITD to help you troubleshoot the issue.

In the meantime, logging in via the desktop client should allow you to start meetings. Here are some other options/workarounds as well:
• Via Zoom for PC: use the “Join Meeting” button via the Zoom client or via the Zoom meetings tab.
•Join using Zoom on your BYOD mobile
•Clearing cookies in your default browser before clicking a URL link
•In Chrome launch an “Incognito window” and copy and paste the URL into that chrome window
This may or may not impact your cluster. We sincerely apologize for the issues and we are feverishly investigating the matter to get this resolved as soon as possible.
