We will be having another COVID vaccine clinic here at Diego Rivera Learning Complex on Saturday, October 30 from 8:30am-12:15pm in the Gymnasium/MPR. For appointments, please go to the daily pass. Walk-ins are welcome with parent. We will accept students ages 12 and older, even without their parents if they bring a valid signed consent form from the parents/guardians. This document can be picked up in our PACS office or main office. We will also accept students with consent from the Daily Pass.
𑁋Tendremos otra clínica de vacuna COVID aquí en el Complejo de Diego Rivera el sábado 30 de octubre de 8:30 am a 12:15 pm en el Gimnasio/ MPR. Para citas, vaya al pase diario. Las visitas sin cita son bienvenidas con los padres. Aceptaremos estudiantes de 12 años o más, incluso sin sus padres si traen un consentimiento firmado válido de los padres / tutores. Este formulario se puede recoger en nuestra oficina de PACS o en la oficina principal. También aceptaremos estudiantes con el consentimiento en el pase diario.
